Terms of Service - Moissanite Bride

1. Agreement & Platform Use

By accessing moissanitebride.com (“the Site”), registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable commercial regulations. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Order Processing, Sizing & International Delivery

To provide accessible luxury, pieces are individually inspected and prepared in partnership with specialized gemological crafting and distribution facilities worldwide:

A. Crafting & Inspection Period

All orders undergo precision gemological setting check, ultrasonic cleaning, and GRA certification pairing. Processing and handling takes 2 to 5 business days prior to courier dispatch.

B. Transit & Delivery Estimates

Standard insured international courier transit typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance. Tracking numbers are generated and emailed automatically upon carrier handover.

C. Address Accuracy & Redelivery

The customer is strictly responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Moissanite Bride is not liable for packages misdelivered or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser. Parcels returned to origin due to address errors or failure to claim require a reshipment fee.

D. Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or postal handling fees imposed by the destination country's government. Any such applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

3. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Conditional Return & Exchange Window starting from the timestamped date of carrier delivery. To protect the integrity and hygiene of our fine jewelry, all returns are governed by strict verification protocols:

Mandatory Return Authorization (RMA)

You must contact our concierge at support@moissanitebride.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and designated return shipping instructions before sending any parcel. Unauthorized returns sent without an approved RMA number will be strictly refused and returned to sender.

Strict Return Eligibility Conditions:

The jewelry piece must be in 100% brand new, unworn, and unaltered condition with no microscopic scratches, resizing marks, or chemical residues.
The tamper-evident security tag attached to the ring must remain intact and uncut. If the security tag is removed or broken, the item is strictly non-returnable.
The original GRA Certificate Card, luxury presentation box, and all accompanying documentation must be enclosed in pristine condition.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped via a reputable tracked and insured courier service with a signature required. Moissanite Bride is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Inspection & Restocking: Upon receipt at our inspection facility, returns undergo a 3 to 5 business day gemological audit. A standard 10% inspection and repackaging fee may be deducted from refunds on eligible returned items.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Custom-engraved rings, bespoke ring sizes made to order outside standard sizes (sizes below US 4 or above US 10), clearance items, and gift cards are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Limited Optical Lifetime Warranty

Our Limited Lifetime Sparkle Warranty applies strictly to the optical physical properties of the Moissanite gemstone center stone:

What IS Covered:

Permanent optical brilliance, fire, and refractive brilliance.
Color stability guaranteeing the gemstone will never fade, cloud, or discolor under normal atmospheric conditions.

What IS NOT Covered (Exclusions):

Normal wear-and-tear, scratches, or metal oxidation on precious metals.
Physical trauma, impact chipping, or bent prongs caused by snagging or dropping.
Loss, theft, or disappearance of the stone or ring setting.
Damage resulting from exposure to household chemicals, bleach, chlorine pools, or ultrasonic cleaners.
Any piece altered, resized, or serviced by a third-party jeweler without prior authorization.

5. Gemstone Grading & GRA Certification

Our moissanite stones are laboratory-grown silicon carbide crystals engineered to meet D-Colorless grading and VVS1 optical clarity standards. Solitaire rings of 1.0 carat and larger include an individual GRA Gemological Research Academy authenticity card with verifiable serial numbers. Small accent pave stones below 0.1ct are batch-tested and do not include individual serialized certificates.

6. Payments, Order Cancellation & Fraud Prevention

All prices are denominated in Euros (€). We reserve the right to cancel or withhold fulfillment for any transaction flagged by our automated payment security filters (Stripe Radar) as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.

Order Cancellation Window: Orders may be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once an order has entered our jeweler setting queue or dispatch pipeline, it cannot be recalled and must follow the standard Return Authorization protocol after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moissanite Bride, its directors, officers, suppliers, and fulfillment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. In all circumstances, our maximum total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid for the specific item in question.
